A classic Pilates program, this is truly the ultimate core fitness regime. An intelligent exercise series based on Joseph Pilates’ original methodology, Pilates on the reformer is the gentle way to lengthen and strengthen muscles, and achieve better balance and body alignment by working from the core outward.

Pilates Reformer instruction is taught individually or in groups of up to six people.
Introductory Classes teach the basic exercises focusing on the five core principles of Pilates.
Basic, Intermediate and Advanced (“All Levels”) classes intensify the basic exercises and introduce new ones to further strengthen the core.
Technique Classes These classes, limited to three people, focus on how to refine your Pilates work and maximize its benefits by honing in on each isolated muscle, one by one, as well as on alignment, breathing, and posture.
